Acceptance of Terms

3.1 Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 100cic platform. Registering more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your 100cic account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
3.3 You agree to notify 100cic immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 100cic shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.4 All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. 100cic may require periodic re-verification of your details and reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or out of date.
3.5 The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to access, query, or interact with the 100cic platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a grounds for immediate permanent account termination.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency
4.1 All transactions on the 100cic platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 100cic does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time and reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment channels without notice.
4.2 Deposits are processed subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the 100cic deposits page at the time of transaction. Deposits made via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard are typically credited instantly, though processing times may vary.
4.3 Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures. 100cic reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided. Verified withdrawals are generally processed within the timeframes published on the platform.
4.4 100cic operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Funds deposited with 100cic must be derived from legitimate sources. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
4.5 Winnings may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the 100cic account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 100cic are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. 5.4 Bonuses are not transferable between accounts or between Members. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash except as explicitly stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Responsible Gaming
7.1 100cic is committed to responsible gaming and provides all registered Members with access to deposit limits, loss limits, session duration reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion tools. These tools are accessible from within the Member account settings at any time.
7.2 Self-exclusion is a formal mechanism by which a Member requests that their account be suspended for a specified or indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Members who have self-excluded may not create new accounts during the exclusion period; doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
7.3 100cic operates a strict 21+ age policy and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. If 100cic determines that a minor has accessed the platform, any associated account will be immediately closed, funds returned where possible, and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.
7.4 If you feel that your gambling activity is causing harm to yourself or others, please contact the 100cic support team to activate self-exclusion, or seek assistance from responsible gaming support organisations operating in Malaysia.
Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the 100cic platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 100cic or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 100cic platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 100cic content without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 The 100cic platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100cic makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of information.
9.2 In no event shall 100cic, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gaming losses.
9.3 100cic's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim, or MYR 500, whichever is lower.
Termination and Suspension
10.1 100cic reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or any conduct that 100cic determines is detrimental to the platform or its Members.
10.2 Upon termination of your account, any outstanding verified balance — excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements — will be processed for return to your verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal procedures and timelines.
10.3 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 100cic support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending bonus wagering requirements or open bets at the time of the request.
Amendments to These Terms
11.1 100cic reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via the contact email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the 100cic platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the procedural rules of the applicable international gaming authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
